As my client you will be required to upload your workout videos to YouTube (unlisted), upload them to your dedicated Google Drive folder that will be shared with you, or send them via a chat app (WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal). Whichever method is easier for you. Your log will be provided and updated via Google Sheets weekly.
