In-person coaching in my private barbell gym (Parker, CO)

Current time slots are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Morning time slots are available. Contact me for more info.

Introduction to the barbell lifts – $249
For all beginners. You will be taught how to squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press. This includes basic barbell and plate handling safety, as well as how to set up the equipment for when you lift alone. Contact me for available times.

 

Private in-person coaching  –  $75/session

If you already do strength training with barbells and need a consult on your form this option is for you.

Regular gym access with no coaching or programming – $59
If you’re a beginner, you will be required to go through the introduction to the barbell lifts session first for safety reasons ($249). The introduction session fee will cover your introduction session and first month’s dues. $59 thereafter.
Regular gym access hours are Monday to Friday:

5:30am to 7:00am
11:00am to 12:30pm
5:00pm to 6:30pm

Weekends can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

In-person packages
3 sessions – $199 (10% discounted session rate)
5 sessions – $319 (15% discounted session rate)
10 sessions – $599 (20% discounted session rate)

Overall nutrition strategies will be included but know I’m not a registered nutritionist. Nutrition recommendations will be opinions.

Online coaching

Video reviews of your last working sets for every workout within 24hrs – $199/month with weekly programming.

Video reviews of your last working sets for your first workout of the week within 24hrs – $109/month with weekly programming.

Weekly programming only (no video reviews)  –  $69/month

One time programming consult only – $49 (I’ll need to see your last 4-6 weeks of programming)

One time form consult for all four lifts – $59

 

Initial 30min call is free to determine if we’ll be a good fit. You will be required to upload your workout videos to YouTube (unlisted) or send them via a chat app (WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal). Your log will be provided via Google Sheets.

 

Overall nutrition strategies will be included but know I’m not a registered nutritionist. Nutrition recommendations will be opinions.
